Caleb Friddell
Owner
As the owner of Redemption Roofing and Construction, Caleb brings a strong commitment to thorough communication and a hands-on leadership style. His dedication to quality ensures each project is completed to the highest standards, providing clients with assurance and satisfaction. Caleb and his wife, Katie, are actively involved in their church community and enjoy spending time outdoors with their three sons.
Kevin Diaz
Production Manager
Kevin serves as Redemption’s production manager and has worked in the construction industry for 15+ years. He is committed to bringing his experience, a high standard of excellence, and customer-first mindset to every project we have! With 25 years in the mountains of East Tennessee he, his wife Rose, daughter Ariana, and twin boys, Solomon and Santino, are thankful to call Johnson City “home.” He enjoys spending time with his family, serving his community, being salt and light everywhere he can, and keeping Christ at the center of his life!
Carlos Carrillo
Production Assistant
Carlos grew up in Mount Airy, NC, and has been in Eastern Tennessee for a couple of years now. He and his wife, Jessica, and two little ones, Gianna and Marcello, live in Johnson City. He enjoys running, hiking, soccer, and above all following the Lord. Carlos hopes to use his role at Redemption to better serve the community and spread the good news along the way. Administrative Assistant
As the Administrative Assistant, Charis helps keep daily operations running smoothly. With a heart for service and an eye for detail, she is committed to handling office organization, accounting, emails, and client communication with care and professionalism. Faith-driven and community-minded, Charis is passionate about creating a positive experience for every homeowner and team member she interacts with. When she’s not coordinating the many moving parts of the business, Charis enjoys reading a good book or spending quality time with her family and friends
Isaiah Odum
Sales Rep
Isaiah was born and raised in theTri-Cities and enjoys riding dirt bikes and spending time with his wife and kids. He hopes to serve the Lord in every aspect of his life and to continue growing his family. Isaiah and his wife Nola have 2 children and 1 on the way!
Caleb Arias
Sales Rep
Caleb is originally from Johnson City, TN. He enjoys running, hiking, and bouldering in his free time. He hopes to utilize his role as a means to serve others and glorify God through his work. Caleb and his wife Linzee currently live in Johnson City.
Pate Anglin
Sales Rep
Pate recently graduated with a degree in business from East Tennessee State University. He enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and preaching when he has the opportunity. He plans to attend seminary in the future and pursue a Masters in Divinity. Pate is committed to serving his clients with integrity, reliability and diligence.
Travis Pardue
Sales Rep
Travis is originally from Simi Valley, California. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking and camping. Travis desires to grow in his walk with the Lord and serve his customers well. He is committed to providing excellent service by being quick to respond, building relationships, and making sure no questions go unanswered when it comes to Redemption’s products and services.
