Pate Anglin was our contact and he was very professional and wasted no time in going up on the roof to perform the inspection. He confirmed that the roof needed to be replaced and had a quote prepared and sent the same day. Once the roof (and gutters) were scheduled to be replaced to the day everything was finished Pate and the team at Redemption kept us updated on the progress. They showed up when they said they would and all the employees were professional, respectful, and courteous. The team worked hard from the time they showed up until they were done for the day. They also cleaned up very well at the end of each day as well as when the job was finished. After finding some shingles in the yard following the hurricane last year, I called Pate Anglin at Redemption Roofing to inspect the roof for damage. He discovered several places where the roof had damage and missing shingles from the storm. Pate was very prompt, professional, and attentive to detail in getting the roof repaired. He made sure that the new shingles matched the existing ones, and overall did a great job.
