Pate Anglin was our contact and he was very professional and wasted no time in going up on the roof to perform the inspection. He confirmed that the roof needed to be replaced and had a quote prepared and sent the same day. Once the roof (and gutters) were scheduled to be replaced to the day everything was finished Pate and the team at Redemption kept us updated on the progress. They showed up when they said they would and all the employees were professional, respectful, and courteous. The team worked hard from the time they showed up until they were done for the day. They also cleaned up very well at the end of each day as well as when the job was finished. After finding some shingles in the yard following the hurricane last year, I called Pate Anglin at Redemption Roofing to inspect the roof for damage. He discovered several places where the roof had damage and missing shingles from the storm. Pate was very prompt, professional, and attentive to detail in getting the roof repaired. He made sure that the new shingles matched the existing ones, and overall did a great job. Pate expertly advised us on our roofing needs, and though Redemption Roofing does not cover our area he was able to recommend a roofing company in our area they had connections with. It is so very hard to know who is trustworthy or not when it comes to home repairs. We never had to worry one bit about whether we picked a company we could trust because of Pate’s recommendation! I reached out to Isaiah Odum and Redemption Roofing after noticing multiple leaks at my home during severe rains. Isaiah was responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. He was willing to do what he could to help prevent continued leaks and got us on their schedule quickly. The entire Redempton crew was fast and treated our home as if it were their own. They addressed any concerns we had as homeowners, were very accommodating, and had a comprehensive approach to our roofing project. I felt as though the team at Redemption wanted to do what was best for my entire home without just simply focusing on the roof, although that is their specialty. In the end, we received a premium roof that was completed quickly and no longer have water in the house! That sort of peace of mind is invaluable.
